“Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, ‘If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free'” (John 8:31-32). The world in general disagrees with Jesus’ statement about a truth that all can know. The concept of relative truth has grown to be quite popular. Sadly, even some in the Lord’s church have subscribed to this concept, suggesting that we cannot all come to a unity in understanding the truth. This is erroneous.
