This series of 6 lessons seeks to identify the one church of the New Testament (cf. Ephesians 1:22-23; 4:4). Denominationalism is not a Biblical concept. In fact, the only places division is mentioned in scripture it is condemned (cf. 1 Corinthians 1:10-13). The Lord’s church which was established in the first century in Jerusalem (cf. Acts 2) is eternal. It still exists today. If one wishes to be a part of the Lord’s church, one must be able to identify the one church.
