Paul wrote, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek” (Romans 1:16). The Christian should never be ashamed of the gospel. Yet, it is not enough to simply state that you are not ashamed. As did Paul, our lives must show that such is true.
