“And so it is written, ‘The first man Adam became a living being.’ The last Adam became a life-giving spirit” (1 Corinthians 15:45). The relationship between Adam and Christ regarding the bodily resurrection discussed in 1 Corinthians 15 is discussed. Also, the relationship between Adam and Christ in Romans 5:12-21 is considered. The resurrection is universal, but only those who follow the example of Christ, and accept His gift of salvation will be raised to life.
